Our products are downloadable digital files (drum kits / sample packs). They are provided by download after payment.
Technical issues
If you experience a corrupted file or a technical problem preventing access to your download, contact support at mandragon@mandragonbeat.com and we will provide a new link, a resend, or a replacement.
Refund requests
Requests related to a technical problem with your purchase may be reviewed. The applicable conditions are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV).
